CANCELLATION POLICY:

We have made the following changes to our Cancellation Policy. In order to comply with government requirements and guidelines, we have had to limit the number of students per class.  All students must be pre-registered, no exceptions.  As a result we are forced to introduce No-Show & Cancellation Fees.  Everyone is subject to the new cancellation fees regardless of membership.  All cancellations must be made by the student through the Mindbody app or Mindbody online.  Phone calls, messages or emails will not be accepted as an attempt to cancel.

LATE CANCELLATION POLICY:

If you cancel your reservation 12-hours prior to class time, there is no charge.   Clients cancelling their reservations within 12-hours will be charged a $10 Late Cancel Fee.  However, Cancellations made within 1-hour to the class start time will be charged a “NO NOTICE CANCELLATION” fee of $15

NO-SHOW POLICY:

Anyone who is registered for class and fails to attend without cancelling will be charged a $20 No-Show Fee. 

NO NOTICE CANCELLATIONS:

Any cancellations made within One Hour prior to Class Start Time will be charged a $15 No Notice Cancellation Fee. Unfortunately, cancelling within the hour before class begins does not give sufficient time for the next person on the waitlist to make it to class.
